The introduction of a tenant to include full referencing, advertising of the property and preparing tenancy agreement and inventory, setting up account and collecting rent on a monthly basis with statement of account. The property is handed back to landlord for management and repairs and maintenance. We can also deal with Renewal of Agreements if required.

The introduction of a tenant to include full referencing, advertising of the property and preparing tenancy agreement and inventory, setting up account and then handing everything over to the landlord for all contact between landlord and tenant direct. We can also deal with the Renewal of the agreements if required.
